Follow Exit
at the Woodland/Cougar exit #21. You will pass Safeway, Lewis River Motors and
several other businesses. Turn left at the stop sign and go east under I-5. This
will be Lewis River Road, follow the signs to "Merwin Dam" make no turns
and continue east for about 5 miles at which point you will see a sign on your
right to a boat ramp. The road will straighten out and you can see a weigh station
ahead on your left. Turn left on to Little Kalama River Road (before the weigh
station) and go 1/2 mile to Shoshone Dr. Once you have made this turn our house
is visible.. Park anywhere. |

The South Exit
at the Woodland, Cougar exit (exit #21). Turn right onto Lewis River Road. Remain
on this road, make no turns. You will pass a Burgerville on your right, a Dairy
Queen on your left as well as several other businesses. Continue to follow signs
to "Merwin Dam", "Ape Caves" and "Cougar". Continue
on Lewis River Road for about 5 miles at which point you will see a sign on your
right to a boat ramp. The road will straighten out and you can see a weigh station
ahead on your left. Turn left on to Little Kalama River Road (before the weigh
station) and go 1/2 mile to Shoshone Dr. Once you have made this turn our house
is visible.. Park anywhere! |
